Before we book the project, we want to ensure we’re a match! Complete the application here and I’ll reach out with more details. We'll then either schedule a call or I'll send over a simple questionnaire to go over all the details and goals for this project and choose a start date. 
Once accepted, I’ll add you to our shared Asana board where you can access the contract, invoice and see the entire project broken into tasks. Our project is now official!

Before we start our week, you’ll fill in a brand and web design discovery questionnaire, create a Pinterest board for inspiration and organize your photos and copy for the website and choose a Showit template from our shop. All of this is due 3 work days before our project start date.
Once I have all the pre-work from you, I’ll work on the creative direction for the project to ensure we’re on the same page and make the week go smoother. If at any point you’re looking for more clarity, we can always hop on a call and go over everything together.

Pre-Work

Time to create! Over the next 2 weeks, I’ll be working on bringing your vision to life. First I’ll be creating the brand identity. By our project start date, we’ve already agreed on the creative direction so I’ll move onto creating the logos, submarks and crafting a type suite. We’ll have a revision round and once all the brand assets are approved, we'll move onto website design.

Branding

Week One

Now that we’ve laid the foundation with the branding, I’ll jump into Showit and customize a template from our shop. You'll have the ability to mix and match different tempates to best fit your needs.
After customizing the homepage, I’ll send it over for review and after your approval, I’ll move onto customizing rest of the pages before final refinement round.

Web Design

Week Two

I’ll spend the second week connecting your domain, setting up the blog (if needed) and going over everything. The website will be transferred to your account and you’ll receive all your brand files + a screenrecord going over your website to help you with future edits. Once the domain is connected and SSL certificates are set, we’re ready to launch your new brand and websit. You'll also receive launch graphics to share your new look online!

If you’ve purchased a website template from another Showit template shop and would like to use it for working with me, I’m happy to collaborate with you! I would first have to assess the template to make sure it fits my design style and if we’re a match, you'll share the template with me for customization.

Yes! I break the bigger investments into monthly payment plans to make it easier for you! A non-refundable deposit is required to book your spot on my calendar and the remaining installments will be paid monthly.

SDA is a fully custom experience, created for established business owners with big vision, ready to dive deeper and realign to the soul of their business. It includes brand strategy and messaging, full website copywriting, branding and fully custom web design.

With the semi-custom website, I aim to create something unique to your brand. I am using the template as the base but transforming it to fit your business. Which means adding custom sections where needed and tweaking existing canvases to fit your business. We can also mix and match templates!

If you've already worked with a brand designer and have all the branding assets necessary to create the website, I’m happy to collaborate with you! I would first have to assess the branding to make sure it fits my design style and if we’re a match, I'll deduct the branding portion from the pricing and we'll go ahead with just creating the semi-custom website.
