By purchasing the Elevated Web Collection from this website, you agree to the following terms:

You are prohibited from sharing the templates with additional users who have not purchased one. Any additional files, resources, graphics, design elements that come with the templates may not be shared either. 

Templates and the files included in the purchase may not be resold, recreated, redistributed, or reproduced. You are not allowed to distribute and sell the individual and/or the whole collection as is.

You may use these canvases to build websites for your own business, for your clients and to create Showit templates to sell. Attribution to SoulKynd for the designs is appreciated but not required.

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. All imagery must be replaced with your own photos or sourced by you. I am not liable for any licensing/copyright issues that may occur through unlawful use of the images, fonts or graphics.

Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.


REFUND POLICY

Due to the fact that all of my products are digital, no exchange, return or refund can be offered. All sales are final. Before purchasing, please make sure you have read all the information provided about the product and reviewed the template demo. If you have any questions about the templates and you can't find the answer on our website, please contact me here.


PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

By choosing the payment plan option when checking out, you are required to complete your plan or it will be considered theft and further legal action will be taken. You hereby authorize my continued access to your financial and contact information information stored by my third party financial processing company until your payment plan is complete. All outstanding payments will be automatically taken from your account as stated in the invoice. You must ensure the payment method you are using does not expire within this time frame and that you have enough money to cover all remaining payments. SoulKynd reserves the right to lawfully recover any outstanding monies owed. After 30 days of a late payment, SoulKynd reserves the right to send You to collections, upon which You will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.


TEMPLATE SUPPORT POLICY

You will have support for issues relating to the collection itself and the files provided or any problems that might arise with these. I will not be responsible for any issues involving the Showit platform itself or helping with general Showit questions. For non-product related support regarding Showit platform, please contact Showit's team or use the help documents. 


PRICING POLICY

I reserve the right at any time to modify my product pricing on my website with or without notice. No discounts or refunds will be provided to match previous pricing you had seen before this change or if the product goes on sale after you had purchased. 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Estonia, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
