Hailey S. is a wedding photographer based in Northern Virginia, capturing weddings, couples, and lifestyle sessions worldwide.

Hailey’s photography is a blend of more candid, documentary style and directed, cinematic style. Her editing style is nostalgic, soft, and natural, and she prefers warm tones, emphasizing the original tones and atmosphere.

Each shoot tells a story and is authentic to the subjects, with an artistic flair and personal props.

Hailey is inspired by old, beautiful things like vintage cameras, Renaissance-style paintings, unique furniture, and handwritten letters. That sense of nostalgia and warmth guided the design.

Project Goals

She had previously created her own website, for the sake of having one, which lacked strategy and didn’t bring her many results. 2 years into her business, she was ready to elevate her website and branding and have a full rebrand, which is where I came in.

She wanted to have a new website where her dream clients could easily apply for her services, get her contact info, and learn more about her packages. The site has to be easy to navigate, while still feeling like an artful, cozy experience to scroll through.

A more personal goal was wanting her ideal clients to imagine themselves in her photos and feel excited, inspired, and happy visiting the site. And for those emotions to carry through the whole process.

My Daphne Showit template felt aligned with the goals, so we chose that as the base and transformed it into a whole new space for Hailey’s art. I keep browsing through it!

Deliverables

Hailey’s work exudes nostalgia, romance, and warmth, so we created swallow bird and postmark illustrations, painted textures, logo suite, and more to match that.
